Growth: From a young age, the founder has always had a growth mindset & looked to help others grow and develop in the same way to bring change to all those we come in contact with, leaving a positive impact.

Wisdom: From a young age the founder's favorite book of the Bible was Proverbs. He read this book over and over again, always sought God for similar wisdom to that of King Solomon and has a thirst for wisdom.

Excellence: Nobody is perfect but we expect our team and team members to operate with excellence, meaning we want to be the best we can be in our customer service, our dependability, our effort, our ethics, and our service to those we affect.

Leadership: Our leadership type is one of service. We push servant leadership and leading by example just as Jesus Christ did. The best leader is one that you can trust has walked in your shoes and is willing to get back in the mud and help you get to the other side as well.

Collaboration: We believe that although its possible to bring impact as an individual, it is much sweeter as a united body, as God stated it is not good for man to be alone. We were created to make up the body of Christ and work in unison.
